School Drumming Incursions
Beat Shack offers drumming activities across all schools in Western Australia. Drum workshops in schools are a fun way of bringing the children together, experiencing a strong connection with their classmates through rhythm. The benefits of group drum circles is well documented, from increased sense of well being, connectedness, enhanced co-ordination and improved sympathetic awareness for others. Drumming is popular during Harmony Week and other special events to celebrate Australia’s multicultural community.
