Zukhuta is an original song project formed by Mahamoudo Selimane, an exceptional guitarist and vocalist originating from Mozambique. Mahamoudo toured the world extensively with a band call Eyuphuro and locally, was instrumental in the formation of well known Perth outfit, Soukous International. He blends a large repertoire of musical styles, primarily with African roots, to arrange and write masterful songs with outstanding guitar based music. Michael, from Beat Shack has been working Mahamoudo for over a decade, sometimes as a duo but also in larger ensembles. This band will bring a great vibe to any event, the sweet sounds of music of the African Diaspora with rhythms that are sure to move your feet!
